Everyone has or knows someone with insomnia.

There is a solution for your insomnia. In any definition of insomnia there is no number of hours of sleep that you need to miss to declare you have insomnia. It’s simply the inability to fall asleep. Then stay asleep or wake up and not be able to fall back to sleep. Yet many people, probably because of all the media exposure about sleep science declare themselves to be insomniacs. As a clinician I am forever amused when a patient discusses their insomnia and relates, they have only been getting 6-7 hours every night. They want instant help with a medication.
