Our product refund guarantee offers that within 30 days of download, you can receive a 100% rebate.
Only one refund allowed during a 12-month period. In other words, if you use our refund guarantee and then buy another product within 12 months, you cannot have a on the second purchase.
Our policy is no questions asked, as previously noted. And we won’t ask. But if you care to tell us why you want to use the refund guarantee, we would love to hear.
Just contact us and send your name, email used to purchase, date purchased and product purchased. You will receive a prompt refund using the same method you used to make the purchase.
Instead of a refund, you may request a different product as a substitute. In this case, we will email you a download link for the new desired product. In doing so, this closes out your purchase guarantee claim. There will be no further compensation. Notable web pages include our FAQ.
